Mandatory Federal Labor Law Posting Changes in Effect August 1st
Employers are required to display the updated Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Employee Polygraph Protection Act Notices in the workplace. Both updated notices became effective August 1st, 2016 (learn more).

12/2025 - Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Order -The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment has updated their Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Order notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $15.16/hour, effective January 1, 2026.

The updated notice reflects a new law that extends coverage to include additional time off for parents of children in neonatal intensive care, and adjusted premium rates for employees.
