Maine Mandatory Posting Updates
12/2025 - Minimum Wage - The Maine Department of Labor has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $15.10/hour, effective January 1, 2026.
12/2025 - Captive Audience - The Maine Department of Labor has released their Captive Audience notice. The new law requires employers to post a notice in the workplace regarding discrimination for nonparticipation in employer-sponsored meetings about religious or political matters.

06/2022 - Workers' Compensation- The Maine Workers' Compensation Board has updated their Workers' Compensation notice. The updated notice reflects an address change to the Bangor, Maine Workers Compensation Board Regional Office. The poster revision date is June 21, 2022.
