Mandatory Federal Labor Law Posting Changes in Effect August 1st
Employers are required to display the updated Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Employee Polygraph Protection Act Notices in the workplace. Both updated notices became effective August 1st, 2016 (learn more).

Massachusetts Mandatory Posting Updates
11/2025 - Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) - The Massachusetts Department of Family and Medical Leave (DFML) has updated their Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) notice. The updated notice reflects that the maximum weekly amount of benefits available to eligible individuals will increase to $1,230.39 per week, effective January 1, 2026.
