Mandatory Federal Labor Law Posting Changes in Effect August 1st

Vermont Mandatory Posting Updates
01/2026 - Meals and Lodging - The Vermont Department of Labor has updated their Meals and Lodging notice. The updated notice reflects an allowance increase for meals and lodging, effective January 1, 2026.
11/2025 - Minimum Wage - The Vermont Department of Labor has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $14.42/hour, effective January 1, 2026.
