Mandatory Federal Labor Law Posting Changes in Effect August 1st

Washington Mandatory Posting Updates
12/2025 - Minimum Wage - The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $17.13/hour, effective January 1, 2026.
12/2025 - Paid Family and Medical Leave - The Washington State Employment Security Department has updated their Paid Family and Medical Leave notice. The updated notice reflects that the maximum amount allowed for weekly benefits has increased. In addition, the notice has been reformatted.
