Mandatory Federal Labor Law Posting Changes in Effect August 1st

09/2025 - Unemployment Insurance Benefits - The West Virginia Division of Labor has updated their Unemployment Insurance Benefits notice. The updated notice reflects additional information regarding unemployment insurance providers, how to apply for unemployment insurance, and eligibility requirements. In addition, employees can file a claim for benefits online or at the nearest local office.

01/2019 - Wage Payment and Collection Act - The West Virginia Division of Labor has updated their Wage Payment and Collection Act notice. The notice reflects updated contact information and removal of the labor law codes in each section. The poster revision date is January 21, 2019.
